Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and there will be no cancellation fee.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show, a fee may apply to help us cover the reserved time.

All payments must be made in full at the end of each session.

Privacy & Data Protection
I store your information securely using password-protected and encrypted digital systems, and where paper records are used, they are kept in locked storage with restricted access. Only authorised individuals can access your data, and it is protected with security measures such as strong passwords, secure backups, and regular updates. I keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements, after which it is safely deleted or destroyed. Throughout this process, I handle your data with confidentiality, care, and respect in line with GDPR.

I want to be clear that I don’t offer crisis support. My role is to provide a calm, reflective space where we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re ever in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, you deserve support that can respond quickly and directly to your needs. In those moments, reaching out to emergency services or dedicated crisis helplines can offer the urgent care and connection you need.
